Expected Start Date: 2/27/2017

Compensation: $60,000-$65,000/ year plus benefits

 

Work with Business Analysts and customers to understand and validate end-user requirements in accordance with business need

Complete development/programming as described in design specifications

Prepare unit test plans and execute unit testing

Develop with Informatica Extract Transform Load (ETL) and Teradata and other applications like TPT Utilities, BTEQ’s, MLOAD, FLOAD, FASTEXPORT etc.

Provide day to day production support of data warehouse BI environment

Responsible for Collecting Statistics on FACT tables.

Participate in system and user acceptance testing tasks as assigned

Document the project implementation steps and share it with client teams.

Report project status to Client, Vendor and management.

Attend trainings in new technologies for career advancement.

Provide KT and train new hires at client teams and management as needed.

Provide peer review for complicated projects and suggest solutions for other client projects at management.

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education.

Knowledge of 10-15 version/Teradata environment

Experience coordinating with vendors

Communication skills are huge for him (written and oral)
